My mom, Marylou, never let this disease get the best of her. She’s been gone for 5 years now and I still miss her every minute of every day. Now as a mother myself I could really use her advice and wisdom but unfortunately heaven doesn’t have a phone. She maintained a positive spirit and attitude for the 8 years she survived with it.
