Thank you MDA! After Lisa was dx’d 6/1/18, we were completely clueless about ALS. The MDA invited us to attend the ALS game at Fenway. The rest is history! I met some amazing families and people dealing with the same things we were. We were not alone. The Shumway family became instant friends and I am still in touch with Diane. Lee and Lisa bonded instantly and their help was priceless for us and it all started at Fenway Park!!
