As a Senior ALS Support Specialist at I AM ALS, Allie provides invaluable resources to people impacted by ALS. Allie is passionate about helping people navigate chronic and serious health conditions and building a community of support for people affected by ALS. Allie earned her B.A. in Social work from The University of Southern Mississippi and her Masters in Science in Social Work from The University of Texas. Prior to joining I AM ALS, Allie spent a decade as a patient navigator with The American Cancer Society. Previously, she worked as a program coordinator for The Department of the State of Texas Health Service’s Crisis Counseling Program and also as a case manager with Texas Interfaith Disaster Response.
