There are more than 200 ALS clinics across the U.S. Use this helpful tool to find and connect with one near you. Before you dive in, read through a few instructions below.

1. Click on the search bar on the top left. 
2. Enter your zip code, city or state into the search bar and press enter.
3. This search will return markers on the map representing all the clinics in the area.
4. Click on a marker to view the selected clinic’s contact information, certification and the name of the leading physician. 
5. Pro tip: When calling a clinic, sometimes you may need to ask for the physician’s office instead of the ALS clinic. If there is no physician listed, ask to be connected to the neurology department.
6. Want a list of all clinics sorted by state? Click on the list icon on the top right of the map.
