ALS has impacted our family, the Payne family, for decades and has taken the lives of 21 members with more fighting the fight everyday. We have lost mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles and cousins to this disease. Some have lost their lives as young as 26 while others have been much older. The average life expectancy after diagnosis is 3-5 years, but thanks to you, we’re changing that.
